The NeuroBehavioural Profiling (NBP) evaluation from K2 Neuro comes highly recommended. They conducted a very transforming evaluation of me nine months ago, identifying specific areas of my cognitive, social-emotional, and sensory functioning that were prohibiting me from reaching my full potential. K2 Neuro’s empathetic knowledge delivery assisted me in developing self-awareness and self-compassion.

I have recommended this assessment to my clients as this supported me in my intervention and gave clients insight into their daily functioning. With the use of this assessment, I was able to help my clients take charge of their health, set up safeguards against emotional exhaustion, and refocus therapy and support. The practitioners’ knowledge was demonstrated by the insightful counselling they offered for handling mental, physical, and emotional health. With the help of the feedback session, a customised treatment team of medical specialists was formed.

In conclusion, my own as well as my clients experienced significant insights and real benefits from the K2 Neuro evaluation. I am appreciative of the beneficial effects it has had on my practice.

Educational Psychologist

As an educational psychologist, I believe that the NeuroBehavioral Profile (NBP) evaluation produces results that give a scientific foundation for assessment, diagnosis, and therapy planning.

This provides clearer instructions for which areas to fix, thereby saving resources like time, money, and energy. I appreciate how efficient and successful the NBP evaluation is in assisting with the development and implementation of treatment strategies.

The results are not someone’s subjective assessment of what is going on but are scientifically measured using numbers. The results provide you with a more in-depth understanding, which supports your knowledge and standardised testing. Following this, an effective therapy plan can be developed because you know exactly what to address and in what order.

The markers are accurate, so you know you’re treating the appropriate things. You could also retake the NeuroBehavioral Assessment to determine whether the intervention was effective.

Audiologists and Speech-Language Therapists

At our Audiology practice we often see frustrated parents with children who are referred from one professional to another, trying to find the underlying reason for their child’s academic or behavioural challenges. We feel that the NeuroBehavioural Profile assessment definitely helps overcome this and reduces unnecessary evaluations.

We have found that referrals from K2Neuro, where their assessment indicated possible hearing or auditory processing disorder have been very accurate, enabling us to assist parents with a ‘diagnosis’ and treatment plan

The Neurobehavioral Profile has revolutionized the way we understand and diagnose neurodiversity.

This EEG test provides objective markers that correlate with symptoms and behaviours, making the diagnostic process more efficient and empowering for both adult clients and parents of younger clients.

It allows for a more personalised and integrated approach to treatment, focusing on support and functionality rather than labelling neurodiversity as a disorder.

Any clinician working with individuals with neurological or psychological concerns can benefit from this testing modality.

Optometrist

Collaborating with K2Neuro as holistic specialists within a multidisciplinary team has empowered me to provide comprehensive care and invaluable insights to my clients.

The NeuroBehavioural EEG assessments have allowed me to enhance my service and understanding of individuals who seek assistance at my practice, particularly those grappling with ADHD and concentration issues.

Oftentimes, there are hidden emotional and psychological elements underlying these challenges, which, if left undiscovered, may impede optimal client intervention and support.

My partnership with K2Neuro has greatly enriched my practice, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Invaluable Insight and Recommendations

Our experience was very positive. The testing was professional and efficient, and the feedback was very comprehensive, without us having to wait long for it.

This helped us to have a better understanding of our child’s behaviour and abilities. Even though the information may not necessarily be pleasant to hear. The recommendations for professional help are invaluable, as they prevented us from going hap hazardously just to any therapist or doctor but instead going to a specific profession, getting the right medical specialist interventions, and avoiding major problems.

I have already recommended the evaluation to others and will continue to do so.

Thank you very much for this wonderful work and the loving and professional way in which the results were explained to us.

Life-changing

The behavioural EEG was “life changing” for me. I knew that my body was giving me warning signs, but I didn’t know where to start looking for answers.

After the feedback, I understood why I was feeling sick, tired, and unmotivated. I was able to receive medical intervention and make lifestyle changes, and I feel so much better.

I am forever grateful to K2Neuro and can only speak in praise of this test.

Insight and Support

The test is completely pain-free. My one son is quite touch sensitive, but K2Neuro worked so gently with him and made him feel completely at ease.

During the feedback consultation, we were presented with facts. My husband is a very analytical person. It helped him to see, in black in white, what our boys are struggling with daily. It helped both of us to understand why they act in a certain manner, and also how to help them through for example a meltdown, or anxiety attack. The decision to start medication was also easier to make.

I have recommended this test to so many people already, as I strongly believe it is a great tool in understanding and helping our children.

Parent and child in crisis

I want to express my heartfelt appreciation for the report and the team, who quickly provided appropriate support during a time of crisis for myself and my children. The results and intervention plan had a dramatic influence on my son’s school attendance and emotional well-being, proving the power of diagnosis. The process is amazing if you want to increase self-awareness in yourself, teenagers and adults, while providing solutions rather than just answers.

Mother of a high-school child

Experience: The tests were easy and quick. The results were clear, data-based, and detailed.

Value: The EEG provided an objective way to indicate markers for ADHD. It is diagnosed so easily these days, I wanted to be sure my son has a clear and strong ADHD profile. The tests also confirmed that he is emotionally doing well.

Results: He was referred and diagnosed by a professional with ADHD and received intervention. His average has increased by 14% within two school terms and he says that he does not have to work so hard to manage his self-confidence.

Recommend: Definitely. I have already referred three other people.

Improvements: Probably the cost. I would like to have my whole family tested, but need to budget for it.
